This chapter in our JOURNAL is about different parts of training.

It’s about physical and mental training,  about spiritual growth and the never-ending practice to be present and absorbed in each and every moment.

Both for training, growth and our best performance, but also for joy, peace and meaning.

Anything has the potentiality to be seen as training. Or a test.

As important or not important. It’s up to us to decide. Everything in life are of course not training or at test. But this part in our JOURNAL is about how we can shift our perspective in any environment to test what our current capacity is, or as a forcing-function to push ourselves to get better.
